It's interesting. After not running, or seriously doing much of any physical fitness for so long, it seemed like such a big deal to train multiple days in a row.
3 runs a week was all I could do without getting far too tired.
Now, with today being a rest day, and yesterday skipping out on my tempo run to let my super tight, sore, hamstring a break, I feel like I haven't run in a month.
It's a bit crazy.
I can't wait for this marathon training to be over so I can get back on my bike.
