It's been a month since the marathon.
I knew that that afterwards would be a tough transition, having accomplished my goal, but even knowing that hasn't helped me be either positive, or smart, about keeping headed in the right direction.
I don't want to turn this post into a sob story. But I'm feeling out of sorts lately and jebus knows that those around me have noticed.
I have yet to lay out my goals for the up coming year. I have been eating like crazy, and poorly. And my leg doesn't feel quite right.
It doesn't help to read about how it's supposed to be done and then not have the motivation to do it. Part 1 and Part 2 of planning a season.
Goals, Training plans, task lists and blog topics have been flying through my head like those toasters from the old Window screen saver from back when screens needed saving.
And on top of that I just got banned from a cycling torrents site! Thankfully my pleas to the admin have me reinstated.
I'm guessing that I need to just sit down and get some events on the calendar. Cycling, Running and Cross Country Skiing.
Meanwhile, if you've got a wagon handy, I need to get back onto one.
Got to hate those post race blues. I get them every time. Just pick a race even a short one and you will refocus in no time.
Great site
