This was supposed to be a big week.
Lots of time on the trainer. A fair bit of running, and a nice long ski. And some gym time.
Monday, Tuesday, and now Wednesday have been write offs.
I'm going to bed and try to shake this funk.
Witticisms escape me at the moment.
You have come a long way in a short time. Call these days "rest" and come at your upcoming workouts with a refreshed body.

Thanks very much for the kind words. Itll be interesting to see what happens when I get back on the bike. Poor eating and poor sleep might be a bad combination.
